Basic Package

  • Weekly property inspections for cleanliness and collection of all litter

  • Cigarette butt pick up within 25 feet of the main office, pool area, and any designated smoking areas

  • All outdoor trash bins more than 50% full will be emptied and re-bagged

  • Daily, Bi-weekly, Bi-monthly, and Monthly Inspections are available upon request for a custom fit

Prime Service

  • This includes our Basic Package In addition to the following service:

  • Bulk Waste removal with every inspection

  • Annual pressure washing of all dumpster and pad sites

  • Weekly inspection of all dog parks for cleanliness and collection of all unremoved waste

Bulk Pick-up

  • A monthly service in which all dumpster locations are inspected for and relieved of all Bulk Trash

  • An On-call service is available in conjunction with or without the standard monthly Bulk Pick-up service
